Equal matrices

Two matrices are said to be equal if:

1. Both the matrices are of the same order i.e., they have the same number of rows and columns ${\left[A\right]}_{m\times n}={\left[B\right]}_{m\times n}$.
2. If the elements of the first matrix are equal to the corresponding elements in the second matrix $a_{ij}=b_{ij}$.
