  7. Radiant flux refers to the line of transmitted radiated energy per second from any energy source.

Electric flux:

  1. It can be defined as the measure of the total electric field that can pass through an area.
  2. It is the dot product of electric field E and surface area S.
  3. The mathematical expression for electric flux is ϕE=E·S=EScosθ, where θ is the angle between electric field lines and the area vector.

Magnetic flux:

  1. It can be defined as the measure of the total magnetic field that can pass through an area.
  2. Flux is a vector quantity that can be defined as the rate that relies on the direction of the magnetic field.
  3. It is the dot product of the magnetic field B and area of cross section A.
  4. The mathematical expression for magnetic flux is ϕM=B·A=BAcosθ, where θ is the angle between magnetic field lines and the area vector
