  3. The meal becomes poisonous due to toxic chemicals.
  4. Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrhea are common food poisoning symptoms.
  5. Bacteria and fungus spores are tiny and light. When they come into contact with food that has been left out in the open, they begin to grow.
  6. When there is enough oxygen, water, and warmth, bacteria and fungi proliferate and multiply rapidly.

Precautions to avoid food poisoning:

  1. Before eating, thoroughly wash any fresh foods.
  2. After a long period, avoid eating leftovers.
  3. Eat food that has been properly cooked and heated
  4. Check the expiration date on packaged foods.
