Solution

  1. Organisms of Kingdom Animalia having three primary embryonic cell layers i.e., the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm from which different tissues and organs of the animal's body differentiate out are known as triploblastic.
  2. A group of cells in an embryo that interacts with each other as the embryo develops and contribute to the formation of all organs and tissues is called a germ layer.
  3. All animals, except sponges, form two or three germ layers.

It consists of the endoderm (inner layer), the ectoderm (outer layer), and the mesoderm (middle layer).

  1. Ectoderm - It is the outermost layer that forms nails, hair, spider, etc.
  2. Endoderm - It is the innermost layer that forms the stomach, colon, urinary bladder, etc.
  3. Mesoderm - It is the middle layer between ectoderm and endoderm which forms bones, cartilage, etc.

Together, the three germ layers will give rise to every organ in the body, from skin and hair to the digestive tract.
