From Statement I,we have

Gagan = Vimal = Kunal

From Statement II, we have,

Vimal + Kunal + Anil = 32

$\Rightarrow$ Vimal + Kunal = 16 but from Statement I, Vimal = Kunal

$\therefore$ Vimal = Kunal = 8= Gagan

So both the Statements are required to answer the question.
