1) Golden rice a genetically modified variety of rice rich in Vitamin A. It contains carotene which is a substance important in the human diet as a precursor of vitamin A. It was created to combat Vitamin A deficiency.
2) Proteases like thrombin that are present in blood help in clotting and immune reactions. Nucleases like deoxyribonuclease and ribonuclease are also found in the blood.
