Solution

Dear Student,
The word Guerrilla basically means little war, that is originated in early 19th century during Peninsular war. This came when Spanish civilians and irregulars stood against french occupying forces after the defeat of Spanish regular forces.
The Guerrilla warfare consists of armed civilians, paramilitary and other small groups that fought against regular forces using tactics such as unexpected attack, raid supply depots, ambush patrols and supplies. This lead to the disruption of enemy activities and the captured supplies were used for their benefits. The Guerrillas's were lack in number also they have limited arms and weapon supply. They mainly operate from remote and unidentified areas like forests, mountain, jungles, also dependents on locals for their supply, food, information and new recruits. They receive assistance in the form of arms, ambushes, medical supplies from their regular army.
