Inflorescence:
The inflorescence is the arrangement of flowers on the floral axis.
A flower is a significant part of a plant tailored for reproduction.
Among different parts of a plant, the flower is the most attractive part due to its beauty and fragrance.
The capitulum or head is also called the racemose head.
In this the main axis is flat and flowers are sessile and arranged in a centripetal manner. Flowers are called florets.
This type is seen in the Asteraceae family.
