Kadha Prasad is a special prasad served to worshippers that arrive at Gurudwaras. It is also called 'Guru prasad' and is a sweet vegetarian pudding. It is prepared by roasting flour in ghee and sugar in a big Kadhai. Water is also used in its cooking. It is usually served after the ardaas in Gurudwaras.
