Paurometabolous : this development takes place gradually. The nymph stage resembles adult but have wing buds. They stay in the same place with adults and eat the same food. Different type of bugs is the example of this type of development.
This is development by gradual metamorphosis. In this form of development, immature stages (nymphs) resemble small adults and typically have external wing buds . They live in the same habitat as adults, typically taking the same food. The true bugs and allies (Hemiptera) are the most prominent example.
