Solution

Monsoon is traditionally defined as a seasonal reversing wind accompanied by corresponding changes in precipitation. It is used to describe seasonal changes in wind direction.

India has a monsoon type of climate as its climate gets the influence of monsoon winds.
The monsoon type of climate is characterised a particular change in seasonal pattern. The weather conditions mostly change from one season to the other. These changes are visible in the interior parts of the country. The coastal areas do not experience much variation in temperature though there is variation in rainfall pattern.
