Morula:

1. Morula is the 8-16 celled stage during cleavage which is developed by the end of the 4^th day after fertilization.
2. Morula is formed at the upper portion of the oviduct i.e. isthmus, where fertilization takes place.
3. Blastomeres on the surface of the morula forms extra-embryonic parts of the embryo.
4. The cells on the interior is developed into proper embryo.

Fate of morula:

1. The cells divide further to form 32-64 celled stage known as blastocyst.
2. It is differentiated into inner cell mass and outer trophoblast.
