Oxygen dissociation curve is the graph plotted between tha partial pressure of oxygen and saturation of haemoglobin with oxygen. It is a sigmoid curve.
Various factors that effects this graph are :-
  • Partial pressure of oxygen.
  • Partial pressure of carbon dioxide.
  • Concentration of hydrogen ions.
  • Temperature.
