The first hour of a sitting of Lok Sabha is devoted to Questions and that hour is called the Question Hour. It has a special significance in the proceedings of Parliament.The questions are generally raised by the Members of the Parliament to the concerned ministers about issues of administration. The minister is obliged to provide answers to the questions raised during the question hour.
