Lets first define the terms of given questionnaire to write the relationship as below,

Equivalent mass:
It is defined as the mass of substance that combines chemically to equivalency with eight gram of oxygen (or) one gram of hydrogen equals to atomic (or) molecular weight divided by the valence of the substance. In simple the dissolution of any substance with one litre of solution gives normality.

Atomic mass:
The total mass of proton and neutron in an nucleus of an atom is defined as atomic mass of the element is expressed as a.m.u

The relation between equivalent mass and atomic mass:
The elements valency termed as number of hydrogen atom with which one atom of an element combines to form a compound.
