Shelf life is a time period for which a fruit or vegetable can be stored. The item becomes unfit for use after shelf life. Shelf life of raw mangoes is 3-5 days. Some fruits and vegetables stay fresh for weeks if properly stored. Onion, Garlic, Potatoe can stay fresh upto 2 months if stored properly at room temperature.
