Structural adaptation is the adaptation of body part of animal to survive in their environment. For e.g. size and shape of teeth, body coverings such as scales, feathers, spines and hairs on skin.

Behavioural adaptation is the adaptation by which animal decide how to act and behave in particular condition. Behavioural adaptation may be inherited or can be learned. For e.g. Migration and hibernation.
