  2. There are several carpels in flowers with syncarpous ovaries.
  3. These carpels, however, are united.
  4. Blooms having syncarpous ovaries include tomato and mustard flowers.
  5. It can be either unilocular or multilocular in nature.
  6. Only one ovary is present.
  7. It matures into plain fruit with one or more seeds.
  8. Examples- tomato and mustard.
