1.Auxins found mostly in higher plants whereas Gibberelin mostly found in fungi and a few higher plants. 2.Auxins promote growth in shoot segments whereas Gibberllin promotes growth in intact shoot. 3.In Auxins,there is little effect on leaf growth whereas in Gibberellin leaf growth is enhanced. 4.Auxin transport is polar, whereas Gibberellin shows channel transport in different directions
