Given:
Mass of electrons (m)=1 kg
We know that, mass of 1 electron is me=9.1×1031 kg

Total number of electrons in given mass,
n=mme
n=19.1×1031=10319.1

Total amount of charge possessed by 1 kg of electrons is
qtotal=ne

qtotal=10319.1×1.6×1019

qtotal=1.76×1011 C

Hence, option (a) is correct.
