Solution

Dear Snehil Suman,

Atomicity of Red P can be viewed as P4 which is polymeric structure. Red P is prepared by heating white P.
While atomicity of white P is 4 which is tetrahedral. As such there is no difference w.r.t. atomicity between white and red P except polymeric nature of Red P.
