Savings of the man = Rs. 85000 .... (i)
From statement A we get
Monthly expenditure of the man for the first 4 months
From statement B we get
=Rs (18000×4)=Rs. 72000 ..... (ii)
= Monthly expenditure of the man for the next 8 months
=Rs (21000×8)=Rs. 168000 ..... (iii)
From (i), (ii) and (iii), we can find the income and his average monthly income.
