Open in App
Solution

Farm Production:

The application of crops and animal products to better the lives of humans sustainably is known as farm production or agricultural production.

Basic constraints in raising farm production:

  1. At the time of raising farm production, the basic constraints are land (primarily the fixed land), modern technologies, irrigation, money, and machinery.
  2. Due to rising residential areas to suit the ever-growing population, land under farming is traditionally being reduced.
  3. Soil quality declines as deforestation increases, with no efforts done to avoid soil deterioration.
  4. All the available land has been depleted to the point where it can no longer generate the expected levels of product.
  5. Various chemical fertilizers and pesticides impair produce as well as soil quality; moreover, these chemicals wash into bodies of water and destroy marine life.
  6. Modern technology has worsened the soil quality, turning it very acidic in nature.
