What is the basic difference between unity of command and functional foremanship?

Unity of command is when a worker follows the order of the boss at a time while functional foreman-ship is when a worker gets order under two departments like ( production and planning ) from different boss.
Unity of command is also related to effective functioning of subordinate in the organization. Functional foreman-ship says that one individual can not be expert in all fields hence work is being divided between eight specialists in different areas like spread boss, gang boss, inspector, repair boss and etc.
