The correct option is D 2.5
Bond order will be $\frac{T o t a l n o . o f b o n d s}{T o t a l N o . o f c a n o n i c a l s t r u c t u r e s} = \frac{5}{2} = 2.5$
The third structure is not possible as nitrogen cannot have two negative charges so we will consider only two structures.
In 1st structure there are three bonds between both nitrogen and in second structure there are two bonds so total bonds is 5.
