a) YB=0.40×1190.40×119+0.60×37

=0.682

Now, Yt=XtPtXtPt+XBPB

Yt=0.60×370.40×119+0.60×37

Yt=0.318

b) XB=0.6;

YB=0.6×1190.6×119+0.60×37=0.829;Yt=1.0000.829

=0.171
