Solution

The correct option is B

Spermatogonia, Spermatocytes, Spermatids, Spermatozoa

Spermatogonia which constitute the germinal epithelium of the seminiferous tubules divide mitotically, some of which form the primary spermatocytes that undergo first meiotic division to form secondary spermatocytes. These cells then undergo second meiotic division to form spermatids which still resemble spermatogonial cells. Spermatids then finally undergo spermiogenesis, in which they are stripped down and remodelled to form highly specialised spermatozoa.
