Solution

The correct option is B

Spermatogonia,Spermatocytes,Spermatids,Spermatozoa

Spermatogonia which constitute the germinal epithelium of the seminiferous tubules divide mitotically to form primary spermatocytes which undergo meiosis to form secondary spermatocytes. These cells then undergo mitosis to form spermatids which still resemble spermatogonia cells. Spermatids then finally undergo spermiogenesis, in which the they are stripped down and remodelled to form highly specialised spermatozoa.
