Solution

The correct option is D 2, 4, 1, 3
Sclerosis is the hardening and narrowing of blood vessels which may be due to deposition of cholesterol or calcium or any other compound in a vessel of arteries and arterioles.
In atherosclerosis, the deposition is mainly in tunica of the blood vessel which prevents its dilation. It is, in fact, the beginning of Harding of blood vessel but later the deposition of cholesterol takes place.
This leads to the inadequate blood supply and oxygen to the heart and thus heart attack takes place.

So, the correct option is '2, 4, 1, 3'
