The correct option is A I only
From Statement II
breadth $= 4 x$ , length $= 6 x$ and height $= 5 x$
Area of one wall $= l e n g t h \times h e i g h t = 30 x^{2} = 30$ sq. m.
Therefore $x = 1$
$⟹$ length $= 6$ , breadth $= 4$ and height $= 5$
Surface area of two walls $= (l e n g t h \times h e i g h t) + (b r e a d t h \times h e i g h t)$
$= 30 + 20 = 50 s q . m$
Therefore, cost of painting two adjacent walls $= 5 \times 50 = 250$ Rs.
