What is the difference between a cylinder and a right circular cylinder?????

In a right circular cylinder:the axis of the cylinder is perpendicular to the base of the cylinder.
while in a regular cylinder the axis of the cylinder can be having any inclination with the base.

Also,the cross section of a right circular cylinder is a rectangle/square
while of a normal cylinder it is a parallelogram
