Ques not under that particular chapter !!

Solution

As nouns the difference between molecule and monomer is that molecule is (chemistry) the smallest particle of a specific element or compound that retains the chemical properties of that element or compound; two or more atoms held together by chemical bonds while monomer is (chemistry) a relatively small molecule which can be covalently bonded to other monomers to form a polymer.

A molecule can be any number of possible combinations of atoms that ocurr in a set ratio to one another ie. NaCl, HCL, or H2O.

A monomer typically refers to a single molecular building block for a group of categorical molecules ie. glucose is monomer of carbohydrates, amino acid is a monomer of proteins. When monomers are grouped together they are defined by their number monomers. Two = Dimer, 3 = Trimer and so on. Many = Polymer
