A flame is hot bright stream of burning gas is generated when something is burning to produce fire. A flame is the visible gaseous part of fire.
An arc is just like spark. When spark remain continuously for very long time it is known as arc. Arc produce very huge amountbof heat and power. Arc is also called high power spark.
