What is the difference between anaphase of mitosis and anaphase of meiosis ?

During anaphase of mitosis sister chromatids get separate from each other due to the break down of centromere. But during anaphase I Homologous chromosomes get separated from each other called as chromosomal disjunction. Both these occurs due to contraction of spindle fibres
