Lymph:

Lymph is a clear fluid composed of WBCs and is derived from blood plasma.

Blood Lymph

2. It takes part in the circulation of hormones, nutrients, carbon dioxide and oxygen, toxins, and other wastes. 2. It assists in body defense.
3. It carries digested food and oxygen in ample amounts.3. It carries digested food but less oxygen in comparison to blood.
