Solution

Dear student,

The difference between carbamino-haemoglobin and carboxy-haemoglobin is as follows:

Carbaminohaemoglobin (CO2HHb)

Carboxyhemoglobin(COHb Hb)
It is combination of carbon dioxide and hemoglobin. It is combination of carbon monoxide and hemoglobin.
It is one of the forms in which carbon dioxide exists in the blood. It is formed when oxygen is released by hemoglobin of tissue cell. It is formed when carbon monoxide is inhaled. The CO occupies the sites on hemoglobin for oxygen binding.

It comprises almost 25% of the carbon dioxide released in the lung.
It leads to cellular anoxia.
