Open in App
Solution

endothermic is a chemical reaction that is accompanied by the absorption of heat, or an organism that generates heat to maintain its temperature. A chemical reaction that works only if heat is absorbed is an example of a reactionthat would be described as endothermic.

Endothermic Process- it is a process that absorbs energy in the form of heat.

Breaking a chemical bond requires energy and therefore is Endothermic.

Endothermic reactions usually feel cold because it is taking heat away from you.
