What is the difference between equality and equity?
Equity and equality are critical in several various ways for student achievement.
Equality denotes how people have been treated, like giving students equal treatment or the same standard of training.
On the other hand, however, equity is all about providing each student with the resources he or she needs to succeed.
To fully understand the definition, a few students require extra personal attention from educators, and even broader, many students learn in different ways. Some students chose voice or audio learning, while others are more visual learners. Others are tactile readers and chose a practical approach.
Outside the educational environment, due to the social status of a student and how the student life at home, few schools struggle to provide equal education for all the students.
