What is the difference between eubacteria and bacteria....is it just a difference of spelling or a difference in characters too?

Eubacteria means true bacteria, it doesn't have a proper nucleus, it is a prokaryote. ... Yes, eubacteria is the same as Bacteria, meaning "true bacteria". They probably just used that vocabary to further distinguish between Archaea and Bacteria.
