Genotype refers to an individual's genetic composition.
Phenotype refers to the physical and behavioral characteristics of an individual, such as height, hair color, blood pressure, or whether the individual has hemophilia or perfect pitch. Your phenotype is influenced by both your genes.
A phenotypic ratio is a ratio comparing the possible outcomes for an organism based on physical appearance. For example. you may complete a Punnett Square and your outcome is 3 purple : 1 white. This is your phenotypic ratio for flower color.
The genotypic ratio is the comparison of genetic information, the frequency. e.g.This can be expressed as 2:1:1.
