What is the difference between integrated and non integrated motherboard?

An integrated motherboard has various components integrated into the board itself. These may contain CPU, video card, sound card and multiple controller cards.

A non-integrated motherboard uses installable components and expansion cards. Example: A non integrated motherboard may allow you to upgrade the video call by removing the old one and installing a new one. They typically have several PCI exapansion slots as well.
