Maltose, sucrose and lactose, all are disaccharides and their composition is as follows :
Maltose- (glucose + glucose)
Sucrose-(glucose + fructose)
Lactose-(glucose + galactose)

Maltase, sucrase and lactase are the enzymes produces by the brush-border cells of the small intestine for the digestion and breakdown of these disacharides.
