what is the difference between market price and factor cost

Dear Student
Factor cost is the cost related to production of any commodity whereas market price is the price on which product is sell in the market to the consumer. Factor cost does not include market price whereas market price includes a part of factor cost.Taxes are included and subsidies are deducted from factor cost for arriving at market price.
