Solution

Generally speaking, they are both eye problems, and could affect our vision to some extent. However, they are resulted from different causes and different parts of the eyes.
Myopia would make distant things obselete ,while presbyopia would make it hard for you to see close things clearly.
Well, they are different from each other. First, when you get myopia, it will be hard for you to read at a close distance, even if you are very young. And the myopia can develop at 20 years old. Also, it is a leading cause of blindness. By the way, according to some research, the degree of myopia have be related to degenerative eye conditions and diseases like glaucoma and cataract , which can affect both vision and ocular health. On the other hand, presbyopia is a condition, which is caused by aging. When you get this kind of disease, you will find it difficult to read small words at close distances or to work on the computer for long periods of time. So in some degree, it can be annoying. And you can just prevent it by using lutein.
