What is the difference between nascent oxygen and oxygen atom?
Nascent Oxygen: Oxygen alone is a very reactive species as it has unpaired electron and tries to get its electron paired up. It is a short-lived free radical of oxygen. "O" stands for one atom of oxygen.
Difference between ordinary oxygen and nascent oxygen:
