What is the difference between phycomycetes and ascomycetes?
Phycomycetes: These are aquatic or moist habitats or parasites on plants.
Ascomycetes: These are saprophytic, parasitic, or coprophilous. The other name is sac-fungi.
Difference between phycomycetes and ascomycetes:
