1 Resources that are identified in a region but not utilised to a full extent due to lack of proper technology, and other facilities They are identified as resources that can be utilised for future use and for present conditions too
2 Their quantity is unknown as they are not fully utilised. Their quantity is known and can be used to present and future use if technological aspects are available
3 Eg. Uranium deposits in Ladakh Eg Coal deposits found in Ruhr in Germany
