Dear Student,
A conducting hollow sphere will have the entire charge on its outer surface and the electric field intensity inside the conducting sphere will be zero.
For a spherical charged Shell the entire charge will reside on outer surface and again there will be no field anywhere inside it.
For a NON CONDUCTING charged SPHERE there will be an electric field outside as well as inside. Inside at a point it will be proportional linearly to the the distance of that point from the centre of sphere .
