Dear Student,

Vegetative propagation or reproduction is a type of asexual reproduction which involves the production of new plants from the portion of a vegetative part of the plant.
Vegetative propagules are the structures or vegetative parts which are use to form new plants.

Some vegetative propagules are:

Eyes on tuber - Potato

Rhizome - ginger

Bulbs - Onions, garlic

There are various ways of carrying out vegetative propagation of plants. Cutting, layering, grafting, and budding are some of the traditional methods.
