The correct option is B 30 kmph
During 10 to 20 minutes, distance covered by car B = 10 km
During 10 to 20 minutes, distance covered by car A = 15 km
So, speed of car B = 10 km /10 min = 1 km/min = 60 kmph
Speed of car A = 15 km / 10 min = 1.5 km/min = 90 kmph
So, during the given time interval, car A's speed is more than car B's speed.

Hence, difference in the speed of car A and car B is 30 kmph.
